Message vacuum leak or faulty OEM 02 sensors on 1 bank. I have even seen this with dirty air filters (1 dirty and 1 clean).

If it is Wide open throttle but not idle and light throttle, that is indicative probably of a fuel problem or comments like others have spoken about in reference to something in your mechanical setup (I didn't read through all the posts)
